ADDITIONAL CHARGES

If additional charges incur during the event, Tsunami Bartenders will bill on day of event, extra charges per bartender. Additional charges will be added on to check per customer at end of event and will sign
off on additional charges.

BARTENDER

Will provide the necessary tools: wine key, bottle opener, pourers, clean/pressed attire. Bartender will prep all necessary cocktail items, garnish, and stock items. Customer will provide all necessary items as per the included list, including theme items.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

If you cancel or postpone your event 7 days prior to the date of the event, Tsunami Bartenders will charge a cancellation fee of 50% deposit nonrefundable . If you cancel or postpone your event less than 7 hours prior to the date of the event, you may be responsible for payment in full.

Cancellation Fee is $25.00 + 50% Deposit (per staff) GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE

Final count for an event, which becomes your guaranteed number when calculating the bill, must be received two weeks prior to the event. If attendance is

more than 10% above the guaranteed number, we will make every effort to accommodate your group. However, we cannot guarantee availability of additional items as specified in the original order and will substitute accordingly. There may be an additional charge for additional guests.

LATE BOOKINGS

We encourage placing your order as early as possible. A minimum of two weeks planning is required for some events. If booked less than two weeks prior to the date, a surcharge will be added to total. We reserve the right to refuse events that are requested late or exceed our capacity to provide the service.

CONTRACTED TIME

The contracted time is a minimum of four (4) hours, beginning one hour prior to the event, unless otherwise noted. In the event of overtime, it can be requested one hour prior to the scheduled end of the event. The staff has the right to refuse overtime due to scheduling issues.

PAYMENT

100% deposit due upon signing of contract, prior to the start. Payment may be made credit card , gratuity will be a 20% will be added to deposit if no tip jar is provided “Tsunami Bartenders.” A 20% gratuity will be added to all events with a bartender or wait staff if no tip jar is allowed at the event.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Tsunami Bartenders reserves the right to substitute items that become unavailable in the market or that exceed reasonable market costs. Tsunami Bartenders will notify client if time allows.

UNDER AGE DRINKING and VISIBLE INTOXICATION

We reserve the right to card and/or refuse service at any event. Please advise your guests that if they appear to be under the age of 30, they may be asked to provide ID. We reserve the right to close bar service due to under age drinking (under 21), with no refund of deposit or money paid.

As per Washington law, we will not continue to serve anyone we judge to be visibly intoxicated. We reserve the right to discontinue service to such individuals, though we will make every effort to be tactful. Your support as Client and Host in these matters is assumed.

LOCATION, PERMITS, etc..
Location selection and compliance with all location permits, rules and/or regulations are the sole responsibility of the Client.

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
60 minutes before and 30 minutes after is included. Unusual or labor intensive room set ups and break downs may warrant additional labor charges.

OVERTIME
Can be requested one hour prior to the scheduled end of the event. The staff has the right to refuse overtime due to scheduling issues.

CONTRACT TERMS

Beverage service reservations are valid for up to one calendar year. Once payment has been made, customer will be emailed in invoice for there records. Payment may be made by credit card , A 20% gratuity will be added to all events with a bartender or wait staff if no tip jar is allowed at the event. 100% Deposit payment is required at the time of booking for all events, which guarantees the date. An event is not considered booked until we have received your 100% Deposit payment. If additional charges incur during the event, Tsunami Bartenders will bill on day of event, extra charges per bartender . Additional charges will be added on to check per customer at end of event and will sign off on additional charges. Final head count must be confirmed ten days prior to your event.

NOTES

Tsunami Bartenders shall not be liable for the non-performance of this contract when such non-performance is attributed to labor troubles, disputes, strikes, government (Federal, State, or Municipal) regulations of or restrictions on travel or supplies, riots, or natural emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond reasonable control, preventing or interfering with Tsunami Bartenders performance. In such event Tsunami Bartenders shall not be liable to the customer for any damages whether actual or consequential, which may result from such non-performance.
